Korporat Smart Brain ialah korporat yang amat berkuasa di dunia, dan mereka bercita-cita untuk menakluki dunia melalui Orphnoch, iaitu tahap evolusi manusia yang seterusnya, dan menghapuskan populasi secara tersembunyi. Untuk mencapai ini, mereka mencipta 3 set perisai berkuasa yang digelar Rider Gear (Delta, Faiz dan Kaixa), demi usaha mencari dan melindungi Raja Orphnoch, yang mampu membaiki kecacatan dalam DNA Orphnoch kerana ia menjejaskan struktur genetik mereka dan boleh mendatangkan maut.
The Smart Brain corporation, the world's most powerful corporation, is trying to take over the world using Orphnoch, the next stage in humanity's evolution, to covertly kill off the human population. In pursuit of this, they develop three suits of power armor, called Rider Gear (Delta, Faiz, and Kaixa), to find and protect the Orphnoch King, who can fix a defect within Orphnoch DNA which causes their genetic structure to break down, leading to death.
在SMART BRAIN 的研究室里 科学家正开发三条腰带, 正在腰带快全部完成时突然间听到警报, 并听到接连不断的枪声, 一只不知明的orphnoch把研究室里的科学家全都杀害, 并强行抢了3条腰带.... 原本是过着一帆风顺的人生的青年—木场勇治, 因为一场交通事故2年里一直处在植物人状态, 直到护士宣布死亡死亡奇迹般复活。但是在这两年里发生的事太多了, 不但自家的产业被其叔父所吞并, 而且连女友—千惠也被他表哥—乾所抢走.... 在一个下雨天, 极度愤怒的木场勇治出现在他表哥面前, 并变成了orphnoch 将他表哥杀害。。。
